The Conscious Mirror

Bring what you have noticed into your own Mirror.

The last Mirror is a place to gather. It is not a final exam, a personality profile, or a generated portrait of you. You choose which entries to revisit, which ones to connect, and which sentences belong in the document.

Every section can stay blank. You can revise an earlier conclusion or decide that an apparent pattern was not recurring. The course will not fill the gaps for you.

Objective. Make a revisitable record of what you have noticed, including what you are not ready to conclude.

About 35 minutes across 3 lessons. Available now.

Pauses in a script are marked. Read at your own pace.

You may have a few situations you can describe more plainly than when you began. You may also have more questions than answers.

This last part is a place to gather what you noticed. It is not a final assessment. It will not tell you who you are, and it will not declare that you have changed.

You can leave sections blank. You can decide that something was not a pattern after all. You can revise a conclusion you wrote earlier.

What do you see now that you might not have noticed before? And what would you like to remember the next time the situation appears?
